It is a requirement at Cotton Beach Residences that all owners with pets are to obtain approval from the committee before having any pets on the premises. To obtain approval the owner must complete the online 'Pet Application' form which can be accessed on the dashboard of the Cotton Beach Residences (CBR) online portal. Once the form has been submitted, owners are notified immediately if their application is successful.
